What we take on
Six kinds of Shopify work.
Store builds, theme development and Liquid
A new store built properly, or a theme developed for the one you have. Catalogue, collections and product pages structured so the store is easy to run.
Store modernisation and conversion
Catalogues that have outgrown the theme. Product page, cart and checkout work. Sales up 50 percent in six months on one rebuild, and a 65 percent mobile conversion lift on a Shopify Plus redesign.
Migrations to Shopify
Moving off WooCommerce, Squarespace, Wix, Magento, BigCommerce or a legacy Shopify setup. Products, customers and orders carried over, every URL redirected, launch without downtime.
Klaviyo, subscriptions and post purchase flows
Klaviyo flows and templates, subscriptions through Recharge or selling plans, and the post purchase upsell and review flows that lift repeat orders.
App integrations and custom apps
ERP, CRM, loyalty, fulfilment and the custom APIs that hold them together, plus headless React storefronts when a theme cannot carry the frontend.
Ongoing support
A monthly plan or a block of hours for launches, experiments and maintenance after the build, sized with you at the end of the build.

How we're different
Two senior people, not two hundred.
Large agencies sell you the brand and staff the work from a pool. We take fewer projects so that every hour on your store is senior, and so the person who scoped the work is the person who builds it.
The founder builds
No account manager, no junior handoff after the pitch. You talk to the person writing the code, for the length of the engagement.
References on request
We will put you on a call with a client we have delivered for, before you commit to anything. Ask them whatever you want.
The diagnostic is guaranteed
If the diagnostic does not tell you something useful about your store, you do not pay for it. You keep the findings either way.
Custom and headless commerce
The frontend capability behind headless Shopify.
Custom React storefronts running Shopify commerce underneath — editorial layouts, quiz-driven personalization, and subscription flows that a theme cannot carry.

How engagements work
A free call, a written scope with a number, then the founder builds it. Every store is quoted against its own scope, because a catalogue of forty products and a catalogue of forty thousand are not the same job.
Free consultation
A free 30-minute call. You describe what is broken or what it has to do.
Written scope
A one or two page scope with the price, the timeline and what we would build first.
Build
Weekly updates, a staging link you can click, and the person who scoped it building it.
Launch and support
Launch, two weeks of fixes, then a care plan if the site keeps changing.

Shopify questions
Questions we get asked.
Do you build new Shopify stores or only work on existing ones?
Both. A new store build includes theme development, catalogue structure, Klaviyo and checkout, and is quoted against a written scope after a free call. On an existing store we start with a diagnostic, a senior read of the theme, app stack and custom code with a prioritised list of what to fix first. We work on standard Shopify and Shopify Plus.
Can you move my store to Shopify from WooCommerce, Squarespace, Wix or Magento?
Yes. Products, customers and orders come across, every URL is mapped and redirected so rankings hold, and the launch is staged so the old store stays up until the new one is checked. Migrations are quoted fixed or hourly depending on catalogue size.
Do you set up Klaviyo, subscriptions and post purchase flows?
Yes. Klaviyo flows and templates, subscriptions through Recharge or Shopify's own selling plans, and the post purchase upsell and review flows that lift repeat orders. Results on past stores include sales up 50 percent in six months on a rebuild and a 65 percent mobile conversion lift on a Shopify Plus redesign.
Do you work on Shopify Plus specifically?
Yes. Selling plans and memberships, custom checkout flows, scripts and functions, B2B, and the integrations that come with a large catalogue. What matters is that there is a real problem to solve, not the size of the store.
Can you take over a store another agency built?
Yes, and it is a common way engagements start. We begin with a diagnostic: a senior read of the theme, app stack, and custom code, and a prioritized list of what to fix first. You get that assessment whether or not you continue with us.
Do you do headless Shopify?
Yes — headless React and Next.js frontends on top of Shopify for catalog, cart, and checkout, with custom APIs for anything Shopify does not do natively. Headless is the right call when the frontend requirements genuinely exceed what a theme can carry, and the wrong call when they do not. We will tell you which one you are.
Where are you based, and what hours do you work?
San Diego, California. US business hours, and calls happen in your time zone.
Who actually does the work?
The founder, on every engagement, alongside a small senior team. There is no account layer between you and the people writing the code, and no junior handoff after the pitch.
