No two dashboards or portals are the same size, so there is no rate card for this work. You describe what it has to do on a free call, we write a one or two page scope with the number and what we would build first, and you decide from there. Once the build starts you get a weekly summary of hours and what shipped.

Can you build a client portal or dashboard for my business?
Yes. That is most of what this page is about. Start by telling us what lives in spreadsheets and email today, and who needs to see what. A first version of a portal or dashboard usually takes four to twelve weeks, and is quoted against a written scope after the free call.
Can you build an intake form with an approval workflow?
Yes. Custom, or on Jotform when that is enough. The form asks the right questions in the right order, routes to the right person, and shows the applicant where things stand. Approval steps match how the business actually decides.
Do you set up Stripe payments and subscriptions?
Yes. Checkout, subscriptions, invoices and the customer portal Stripe provides, wired into your app so the record of who paid for what lives in one place.
Do you integrate with Zapier, Make or my CRM?
Yes. Zapier and Make where they fit, custom API work where they do not. The point is to take out the manual step, not to add a tool.
Why hourly instead of a fixed price?
Because the second version of a web app is always different from the first. Hourly work with a weekly summary of hours and what shipped keeps the scope honest. If you would rather have a fixed number for a first version, we can write one against a fixed scope. Either way the number comes from the scope, not a price list.
