The challenge
Publishers Clearing House's legacy platform was slow and conversion rates were suffering. The catalog architecture needed a complete overhaul while maintaining brand recognition and integrating their sweepstakes system.
The approach
Rebuilt the full catalog architecture, optimized performance across cart, checkout, and mobile flows. Built a custom bonus threshold bar and integrated with the CleanSweeps API for sweepstakes functionality.
