The challenge

The Cayman Islands Government needed a structured evaluation tool to prioritize public and private infrastructure investments across multiple ministries, as part of an EU-funded resilience programme.

The approach

Built a full-stack resilience assessment platform with multi-stakeholder data collection, sector-based scoring, and data visualization. Collaborated on-site with government officials and international partners from IRMA and Expertise France.
